Our Services

Language services built for regulated work

Certified translation, court and healthcare interpretation, software localization and transcription in more than 80 languages. Every project is handled by human linguists, reviewed by an independent editor and covered by an NDA.

Five Core Services

Choose the service that matches your matter

Each service runs on the same foundation: native speaking linguists trained in the sector, a two tier review, encrypted file handling and a single point of contact by email.

How It Works

From first email to certified delivery

The process is the same whether you send a single birth certificate or a multilingual regulatory dossier. You always know who is working on your files and when they will be back.

  1. Step 1

    Send files or a brief

Upload documents through the encrypted quote form or describe the assignment, language pair, deadline and intended use. Scans and photos are fine for personal documents.

  2. Step 2

Scoping and quote within the hour

A coordinator checks word count, formatting, certification needs and turnaround, then replies by email with a fixed quote and delivery date. No work starts until you approve.

  3. Step 3

    Translation plus independent review

A native speaking translator with sector training produces the first version. A second, independent subject matter editor compares it line by line against the source. This two tier review follows an ISO 17100 aligned workflow.

  4. Step 4

    Certified delivery

You receive the finished files by secure link, with a signed statement of accuracy where certification is required. Notarized hard copies can be arranged. Files are deleted on request.

Interpretation Modes

Which interpretation mode do you need?

Interpretation is spoken; translation is written. Within interpretation, the right mode depends on the setting, the number of speakers and how much notice you can give. Our guide to choosing an interpreter goes deeper.

Mode Best for Notice needed Typical setting
Video remote (VRI) Short to medium sessions where seeing the speaker matters, including sign language and sensitive conversations Same day for urgent requests; a day ahead is ideal Telehealth visits, immigration interviews, remote hearings, client intake
Over the phone (OPI) Brief, unplanned conversations where speed matters more than visual cues On demand for common languages; short notice for others Nurse lines, help desks, scheduling calls, quick attorney check ins
On site High stakes or lengthy sessions, physical documents, group settings Several business days; urgent legal and medical requests handled 24/7 Depositions, courtrooms, hospital wards, site inspections, signings
Simultaneous Events where the speaker does not pause; interpreters work in real time, usually in pairs with equipment Allow one to two weeks for a team, booths and receivers Conferences, arbitration hearings, shareholder meetings, training days
Consecutive Dialogue with natural pauses; the interpreter renders each segment after the speaker A few business days; sooner when the language pair is common Witness testimony, medical consultations, negotiations, interviews
Sectors We Serve

Sector trained teams, not generalists

Linguists are grouped by domain so a deposition transcript goes to a legal team and a discharge summary goes to a medical team. Each sector keeps its own glossaries and reference material.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about working with us

How fast can you deliver a translation?

Typical documents are delivered in 24 to 48 hours. A 12 hour rush option is available for urgent files. Larger projects are scoped individually with a delivery schedule agreed before work starts.

Do you use machine translation?

Every deliverable is produced by a human linguist who is a native speaker of the target language and trained in the subject matter. A second, independent editor reviews the work before delivery.

Which languages do you cover?

We work in more than 80 languages, including major global languages, regional variants and languages of limited diffusion. If you need a pair you do not see on our languages page, ask and we will confirm availability.

How do I get a quote?

Upload your files or describe your assignment through the instant quote form. We scope the work and reply by email, usually within the hour during working hours.

How do you keep my documents confidential?

Every engagement is covered by an NDA. Files move over encrypted transfer, access is limited to the assigned team, and we delete files on request once the project closes.

Can you handle both translation and interpretation for the same matter?

Yes. Many legal and medical clients use one coordinated team for document translation, interpreter bookings and transcripts so terminology stays consistent across the whole matter.

Not sure which service you need?

Send us the files or a short description of the situation. A coordinator will recommend the right service, confirm the language pair and reply with a quote within the hour.
